Ordering Information

(1) The majority of our products are available for ordering online. This option is available to United States residents as well as international residents (INTERNATIONAL RESIDENTS MAY ONLY ORDER USING PAYPAL OR A MONEY ORDER OR CASHIER'S CHECK.-- IF YOU NEED IT QUICKLY, YOU MAY ALSO USE WIRE TRANSFER.-- Please call 1-800-241-0348 for more information). To order online, simply click the ''Add To Cart'' button where available. If you don't see that button, that product is not yet available for online ordering. For these items, you must call or email.


(2) A shipping charge will automatically be calculated for products available online. Only Georgia residents will be taxed for their orders (7%). Consult the chart below for approximate shipping times.
WE DO NOT SHIP INTERNATIONALLY! If shipping within the USA, we will accept International credit/debit cards ONLY if payment is made through PayPal.com


(3) We normally ship UPS ground. If you have a specific shipping method you'd prefer, please put a 'note' on your order which will indicate so to us. This may affect your shipping charges, but we will clear that with you before processing your order. For international orders, we normally ship through the US Postal Service (Express Mail or Global Priority). The same applies to you if you'd prefer a different method.


(4) We accept VISA, MasterCard, and American Express. Our online ordering system's SSL Secure server lets you enter your credit card # without fear. We also accept money orders. In the case of payment by money order, the money order would have to be received by us before we would ship the order. If you have paid by money order, please send it to:

(5) Occasionally, we will offer discounts on items and/or FREE SHIPPING.  For these items, a voucher number will be given to use in your Shopping Cart in order to apply the special deal.  If you use a voucher number for any item other than the specified item, your shopping cart will still calculate the deal.  However, when the order is received by us, we will NOT accept it unless it unless the voucher is used for the specified item, and your shipping charges will be recalculated.  We will not contact you regarding this.  Voucher numbers are only shown on pages of items that have discounts or free shipping.  Period.  Thanks!


(6) We have a 30-day Return Policy.  If you are unhappy with the item for any reason, we will accept the return of the item.  However, there is a 15% restocking fee that we be deducted from your refund.  The restocking fee WILL NOT APPLY to cases where the product was damaged or defective upon receipt by the customer.  If an item malfunctions within the 30 day period, check the warranty and see about replacing the item through the manufacturer.  Otherwise, will be happy to take the item back with no restocking fee.  If you have any questions, please
